  • During peak periods (launches, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

 

 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • UK Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • UK Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
  • International Shipping: 5–14 business days (depending on location)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
  • You can track your package directly from our “Track Your Order” page.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to deliver on time, but please note that unforeseen delays (postal strikes, extreme weather, customs) are outside of our control.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages
